Laing Absent: None Minutes of the regular meeting held rolr 8, 1980 and special meeting held July 15, 1986 were submitted and approved. Trustee eix moved the bills, as presented, be allowed and paid and that the Clerk be authorized to draw warrants for same. (A certified copy of the bills presented and allowed are on file in the Finance Office under this date, and made a part of the record of these proceedings by reference thereto). Tavern Liquor License Renewal - The rub, 246 Moraine Avenue - The Trustees reviewed the following: I> Letter dated July 9, 1986 from Town clerk O'Connor to Mo' Joyce rezuurue/ %> Letter dated July 17, 1986 from Robert W. Ault, Chief of Police, to Mayor oaouala and Board of Trustees recommending approval of the license; ]> Letter dated zolr 22, 1986 from Ma' Joyce reruorue to Mayor maouels and Board of Trustees. Mo' r=ruozue and her daughter, ooaau mills were present to speak to this issue. Upon Chief uort'a recommendation, Trustee Brown moved the Tavern Liquor License renewal originally submitted by The Pub be approved. Trustee Aldrich seconded the motion and it nuaaed noauimonalr' Trustee Hio introduced, and Town Attorney white read in full, the following Resolution and moved it be adopted: oEaOLorION 15-86 BE IT aoaoLnED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF oSTEa raom, CnLoauoo: That in compliance with Section 3'05'040(2) of the Municipal Code of the ro~u of Estes Park, Colorado, the percentage of rental payments to be refunded to the elderly residents shall be $0'00492 of the rental payments made during 1985' Trustee Brown seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. Trustee aio seconded the motion and it passed by the Board of Trustees - July 22, 1986 - Page three following votes: Those voting "Yes" Trustees Barker, Brown, Habecker, Hix and Laing. Those voting "No" none. Those abstaining: Trustee Aldrich. Whereupon Mayor Dannels declared said Ordinance duly adopted and ordered it numbered 17-86 and published according to law. Mayor Dannels noted that the Town Board meetings for September will be held on the 16th and 30th. Trustee Habecker commended the Horse Show and Rodeo Committee for their efforts in making Rooftop Rodeo Week a huge success. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
