D. 19_ 62._, at regular Present: Mayor Clarence A. Graves Trustees: Henry Dannels, William Grove, N. T. Petrocine, Carl Swanson, Harry Tregent. Also Present: Town Clerk Dale G. Hill Absent: Trustee Ronald C. Brodie Minutes of the regular meeting held February 13, 1967, were read and approved as read. Trustee Henry Dannels introduced the following entitled ordinance and moved that it be passed and adopted on first reading: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.4 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK, COLORADO, THE SAME PERTAINING TO STORAGE OF FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS AND PROHIBITING AUTOMATIC DISPENSING UNITS. Trustee Harry Tregent seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes. Those voting "Yes" Trustees Henry Dannels, William Grove, N. T. Petrocine, Carl Swanson, and Harry Tregent. Those voting "No" none. Whereupon Mayor Graves declared said ordinance duly passed and adopted on first reading, ordered it numbered 309, and published according to law. Trustee Harry Tregent introduced the following entitled ordinance and moved that it be passed and adopted on first reading: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 12.4 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK, COLORADO, RELATING TO ZONING DISTRICTS AND ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY. Trustee William Grove seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes. Those voting "Yes" Trustees Henry Dannels, William Grove, N. T. Petrocine, Carl Swanson, and Harry Tregent. Those voting "No" none. Whereupon Mayor Graves declared said ordinance duly passed and adopted on first reading, ordered it numbered 310, and published according to law. The Clerk read to the Board of Trustees the proposed data processing contract between the Town of Estes Park and The First National Bank in Fort Collins, Colorado. Trustee N. T. Petrocine introduced the following resolution and moved that it be passed and adopted: RESOLUTI O N BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK, COLORADO: That the Town of Estes Park enter into the Electronic Data Processing Contract presented to the Board of Trustees by The First National Bank in Fort Collins, and that the Mayor and Town Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to execute the same on behalf of the Town. Trustee Henry Dannels seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes. Those voting "Yes" Trustees Henry Dannels, William Grove, N. T. Petrocine, Carl Swanson, and Harry Tregent. Those voting "No" none. The Clerk presented an application for a renewal of a 3.2% beer license for Mr. E. S. Erickson, dba Estes Park Golf Course, 220 South St. Vrain Avenue, II I (fEsts Park, Larimer County, Colorado, February_ 2_7 1967 _. Minutes of a regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park, Larimer County, Colorado. Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the_ 27th _day of_ February_ A. D. 19_67 at regular meeting hour. Meeting called to order by Mayor. Graves. Present: Mayor Also Present: Absent: Trustees: Estes Park, Colorado. Trustee Carl Swanson moved the application be approved. Trustee N. T. Petrocine seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes. Those voting "Yes" Trustees Henry Dannels, William Grove, N. T. Petrocine, Carl Swanson, and Harry Tregent. Those voting "No" none. The Clerk read the City of Loveland's ordinance covering business activities of photo studios. The Board discussed the need for such an ordinance in Estes Park. This ordinance will be discussed further at some future date. The Clerk read the minutes of the Estes Park Planning Commission of February 21, 1967. Trustee Carl Swanson moved the minutes be accepted. Trustee William Grove seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried. Mayor Graves reported on a meeting of the property owners of the Little Prospect Mountain Addition. This meeting was held on February 15, 1967, a.d aloo for the purpose of discussing the proposed Little Prospect Moun- tain Sewer District. Mayor Graves announced bids will be opened at the regular Town Board meeting of April 10, 1967 for the construction of a hay barn at Stanley Park. Mayor Graves announced Trustee Harry Tregent will chair a Respect -for -the - Law meeting on March 2, 1967. Mayor Graves reported on the annual Municipal League legislative breakfast held in Denver on February 24, 1967. Trustee Harry Tregent, member of the Light & Power Committee, reported on a meeting of the Light & Power Committee as itemized in their minutes of February 20, 1967, and moved the minutes be approved and adopted. Trustee N. T. Petrocine seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried. Trustee N. T. Petrocine, Chairman of the Police Committee, reported on a meeting of the Police Committee as itemized in their minutes of February 15, 1967, and moved the minutes be approved and adopted. Trustee Harry Tregent seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried. Trustee N. T. Petrocine reported that he represented the Town of Estes Park at the Sunday Closing Senate Committee hearing in Denver February 22, 1967. There being no further business, it was regularly moved, seconded and carried that the meeting adjourn. Attest; et Town Clerk
