Minutes of a Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park, Larimer County, Colorado. Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the llth day of March........._.._..___._., A. D. 19_63.._ at regular meeting hour. Meeting called to order by Mayor___........__....._____ Pro Tem Richard _. __......._._Snart March 11 63 Present: MayorPro Tem Richard Snart Trustees: Ronald Brodie, Henry Dannels, William Grove, Carl Swanson, John Ramey, Richard Snart Also Present: Ernest Hartwell, Town Attorney; Dale Hill, Town Clerk Absent: Mayor Clarence A. Graves Minutes of the regular meeting held on February 25, 1963 read and approved as read. Trustee Carl Swanson moved that the following bills be allowed and paid and the Clerk be authorized to draw warrants for same. (A certified copy of the bills read and allowed are on file in the office of the Town Clerk under this date and made a part of the record of these proceedings by reference thereto.) Trustee Henry Dannels seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion passed by the following votes. Those voting "yes" Trustees Ronald Brodie, Henry Dannels, William Grove, Carl Swanson, Richard Snart and John Ramey. Those voting "no" none. Mr. Leon H. Sweetland, Light and Power Superintendent, presented the Engineer's Certificate of Completion on the Light and Power Sub -Station. Trustee William Grove moved the Mayor Pro Tem be authorized to execute the Engineer's Certificate of Completion. Trustee John Ramey seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion passed by the following votes. Those voting "yes" Trustees Ronald Brodie, Henry Dannels, William Grove, Carl Swanson, Richard Snarl and John Ramey. Those voting "no" none. The Board of Trustees proceeded to hold a Public Hearing on objections for the Country Club Manor Sewer District. The Town Clerk reported he has received no written objections. There being no persons present objecting to the Country Club Manor Sewer District the Hearing was concluded. Trustee John Ramey introduced the following entitled ordinance and moved that it be passed and adopted on the first and final reading: AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE ASSESSMENTS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION COUNTRY CLUB MANOR SEWER DISTRICT AND AMENDING SECTION TWO OF ORDINANCE NO. 232 OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK, COLORADO. Trustee Ronald Brodie seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried by the following votes. Those voting "yes" Trustees Ronald Brodie, Henry Dannels, William Grove, Carl Swanson, Richard Snart and John Ramey. Those voting "no" none. Whereupon Mayor Pro Tem Richard Snart declared said ordinance duly passed and adopted, ordered it numbered 237 and published according to law. Trustee John Ramey introduced the following entitled ordinance and moved that it be passed and adopted on the first and final reading: AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING ACCURATE AND UNIFORM NAMES FOR STREETS WITHIN THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK, COLORADO, ADOPTING A STREET MAP, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH. Trustee Henry Dannels seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion unanimously carried by the following votes. Those voting "yes" Trustees Ronald Brodie, Henry Dannels, William Grove, Carl Swanson, Richard Snart and John Ramey. Those voting "no" none. Whereupon Mayor Pro Tem Richard Snart declared said ordinance duly passed and adopted, ordered it numbered 238 and published according to law. Pro Tem Richard Snart Meeting called to order by Mayor Present: Mayor Also Present: Absent: Trustees: Town Attorney, Ernest Hartwell, informed the Board of Trustees the law suit between the Town and Miss MacGregor for the purpose of obtaining electric right-of-way is now in the Supreme Court. Mr. Hartwell announced there should be a final settlement of this problem within nine months. Trustee Carl Swanson, Chairman of the Public Sanitation Committee, reported the Highway 34 Grand Estates group are proceeding with their plans to install sewer service. Trustee Henry Dannels, Chairman of the Water Committee, reported on the regular meeting of the Water Committee as itemized in their minutes of March 4, 1963 and moved that the same be approved and adopted. Trustee Carl Swanson seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried. There being no further business it was regularly moved, seconded and carried that the meeting adjourn.
