Mr. Kinder acted as spokesman for the group and pointed out the following objections: 1. The acc»nvnlation of brush and small trees, caused by the re- building of the road, should be burnt or hauled away as agreed to by Larimer County at the time of the construction. 2. That the property owners objected to the road connecting Fish Creek and Highway 7 being closed. 3. That the property owners object to the operation of a concrete ready mix plant together with any further commercial development in the area. 5.. That the. property owners seriously object to the pasturing of horses on the VanHorn property primarily because at numerous times they run at large through the Fish Creek residential area.
