Meeting called to order by Mayor _._caa_rencs Grave5 • Present: Mayor Clarence A. Graves Trustees: Ronald Brodie, John Ramey, Henry Dannels, Andy Jones, William Grove. Also Present:. Verne H. Fanton, Town Clerk Absent: Richard Snart Minutes of the regular meeting held on August 8 read and approved as read. The Clerk reported that property owners in the Villgge Acres Addition, The Fort Morgan Addition, and the University lieights Addition had requested the installation of fire plugs in their respective districts. Mayor Graves referred the matter to Trustee Richard Snart for recommendation and action. The Clerk reported that he had again met with John C. Banks regarding the possibility of revising and bringing up to date all Town Ordinances and read a proposal for the services involved submitted in writing dated August 16. Mr. Glen Prosser, being present, asked that he be given the opportunity to bid on the printing of the newly compiled Municipal Code. The Board instructed the Clerk to contact Mr. Banks to see if such an arrangement could be worked out. Trustee 'Brodie reported on the regular meeting of the Light and Power Committee as itemized in their minutes of August 15, including permission to ask for bids for an addition to the Light and Power Department service building and moved that the minutes be approved. Trustee Ramey seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried. Trustee Jones reported on the present problems encountered in operating the city dump, and stated he would have definite recommendations at the next regular meeting. There being no further business it was regularly moved seconded and carried that the meeting adjourn. AtteLt: .• •
