Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the__ llth _day of _ ., _July , A. D. 19_60, at regular meeting hour. Meeting called to order by Mayor__,...ciarence...raves_____________, Present: Mayor Clarence A. Graves , Trustees: Andy Jones, Ronald Brodie John Ramey, Richard Snart Henry Dannels, Willaim Also Present: Verne H. Fanton, Town Clerk - Grove Absent: None Minutes of the regular meeting held on June 27 read and approved as corrected. Trustee Jones moved that the following bills be allowed and paid and the Clerk be authorized to draw warrants for same: (A certified copy of the bills read and allowed are on file in the office of the Town Clerk under this date and made a part of the record of these proceedings by reference thereto.) Trustee Dannels seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried. Mr. J. M. Walton appeared before the Board and registered complaint caused by vehicles patronizing the drive in restaurant on Moraine Drive. Following discussion Mayor Graves turned the matter to Street Chairman, Trustee Ramey, for action. , Mrs. Russell Millett appeared before the Board asking for a statement of approval in order to continue the operation of a child care center at her residence. Following the discussion Mayor Graves announced that the Town Building Inspector and the Fire Chief would make an inspection of the pre- mises during the next week. The Clerk reported on the problems created in the past by buildings being rived through the Town streets. Following a detailed discussion, Trustee Jones intro- duced the following entitled Ordinance and moved that it be passed and adopted: ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE USE AND ACCUPANCY OF STL S, ALLEYS AND PUBLIC GROUNDS, PASSED ADOFIED ON THE 11TH DAY OF JULY, 1960. Said Ordinance was, then readin full. Trustee Dannels seconded the motion. Upon roll call said Ordinance passed by the following vote: those voting "yes" Trustees Jones, Brodie, Dannels, Ramey, Snart, Grove; those voting "no", none. Whereupon, Mayor Graves declared said Ordinance duly passed, adopted, ordered it numbered 209 and published according to law. Trustee Dannels reported on the monthly meeting of the Water Committee as itemized in their minutes of July 5, 1960 and made 4 part, of these proceedings by reference thereto and moved that they be approved. Trustee Snart seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried. Trustee Ramey reported on the difficulties encountered in trying to maintain Longmont Street because of the 15 foot right-of-way. Trustee Ramey agreed to further investigate and made definite recommendations at the next meeting. There being no further business, it was regularly moved, seconded and carried that the meetin2 adjourn. Attest:
