D. 19-52.. at regular meeting hour. Meeting called to order by Mayor Clarence A. Graves Present: Mayor Clarence A. Graves Trustees: Henry Dannels, Charles Herzog, John Ramey, Richard Snart. Also Present: Verne H. Fenton, Town Clerk, Robert McCreery Town Attorney, Lee Tallant and Dale Hill of the Water Dept. Absent: Trustees Bartlett and Brodie. This meeting called by Mayor Graves for the purpose of reviewing with the Town Attorney, the position of the Town regarding additional domestic water supply. Mr. McCreery reported that he and Mr. Chilson had studied the problem over a period of month8, and discussed local water rights in the area, the water shed, --Town policy and State laws. Further discussion and review was conducted regarding the need for an improveme .; access road and improvements at the Black Canyon water headworks. This meeting being primarly to inform the Board, no action was taken at this time. In accordance with previous action of the Water Committee, the Clerk presented a plat showing the rights -of -way at the entrance to Moccassin Addition, prepared by the Town Engineer, The plat showed the existing fire hydrant to be well into the Town right-of-way . and not on private ground. The Board instructed the Clerk to notify Mr. & Mrs. Dryden that if the fire hydrant were to be moved, it would have to be done at their sole expense, also that the stone wall that they had started to build, was in the Town street and should be removed. The Clerk submitted an application, from Mr. Jim Burrows, to erect a bud y on top of the former Glendenning Beauty Shop building, for attraction and sign purposes. The Board declared that this, was not in accordance with Ordinance and that the permit should be rejected. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned. Attest:
