Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the. 1 a t day of August , A. D. 19.55.._ at TeRCUINWECOSILIMYX 5: 00 P.M. Meeting called to order by Mayor (•1Arence A. Graven Present: Mayor Clarence A. Graves Trustees: R.C. Brodie, Henry Dannels A.G. Fisk, Charles Herzog, Jess Poling, George Watson. Also Presnet: Verne H. Fanton, Town Clerk Absent: None. Th&a meeting called by Mayor Graves for the purpose of discussing a proposal for additional horse stalls at Stanley Park, aid to conisder the transfer of a liquor license. Trustee Fisk reported to the Board th .t there were now 100 stalls at Stanley Park, that there were now 85 reservations for stalls for the Arabian Horse Show on August 20th, that it appeared definit that more stalls would be needed and that the Rodeo Association had agreed to furnish up to 120 stalls if needed. Trustee Fisk stated that the contractor, Joe Haller, had agreed to build another 20 stall unit, the same as the ones just completed, at a cost of $ 2,000.00. Following a detail discussion, Trustee Brodie moved that the Board approved the construction of another 20 stall unit, at a cost of $ 2,000.00v payable $ 1,000,00 on completion and $ 1,000.00 90 days thereafter, without interest. Trustee Poling seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion carried by the following vote: Those voting "Yee" Trustees, Brodie, Dannels, Fisk, Poling and Watson. Those voting "No" none. Those not voting, Trustee Herzog. Mr. & Mrs. William Snorer appeared be fore the Board supporting their application to transfer ownership of the Restaurant Liquor License at the Timberline Cafe, from Schanahle & Andrew, to William Sporer. Following discussion, Trustee Watson moved that it be approved. Trustee Fisk seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion carried and said transfer approved by the following vote: Those voting "Yes" Trustees Brodie, Dannels, Fisk, Herzog Poling & Watan. Those voting "No" none.
