Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the.11th day of January , A. D. 19.5 ._ at regular meeting hour. Meeting called to order by Mayor Clarence A. Graves Present: Mayor Clarence A. Graves Trustees: G.E. Casey, Henry Dannels, Chas. L. Herzog, Bert J. McConnell, Jess Poling, George H. Watson. Also Present: Lee H. Tallant, Supt. of Works Verne H.Fanton, Town Clerk. Minutes of the regular meeting held on December 28, read and approved. Trustee Casey moved that the following bills be allowed and paid and that the Clerk be instructed to draw warrants for same: Trustee Watson seconded the motion: Liberty Truck & Parts, supplies $ 5.72 Jess Poling, supplies 9.75 Hendrie & Bolthoff, supplies 33.21 Chas. F. Hix, premium 5.00 American Water Works Association, 10.00 Chilson & McCreary, services 404.70 Estee Park Plumbers, supplies 4.70 Quasebarth Motor Co. service 1.50 Western Oxygen Co. supplies 13.00 Estes Park Hardware, supplies 6.45 Connyte Motor Co. services 9.41 Conoco Service Station, services 7.71 Mobil Service, services 2.00 Griffith Lumber Co. supplies 1.80 Estee Park Lumber, supplies 14.87 Luckett 0i1 Co. supplies 135.96 Estes Park Garage, services 23.445 Light & Power Dept. power 370.08 Estee Park Trail, printing 67.01 Colorado State Patrol, service 5.15 Bradford -Robinson Printing Co. supplies 12.50 Wages & Salaries 1,221.53 Water Dept., operating expenses 1,115.38 Light & Power, operating expenses 9,951.61 Upon roll call said motion carried by the following vote: Those voting "Yes" Trustees Casey, Dannels, Herzog, McConnell, Poling & Watson. "No" none. The Clerk presented a letter from the State Highway Department, under date of December 29, 1953, informing the Town that they would assume the maintenance on all State Highways within the Town, effective January 1, 1954. Lee Tallant, Water Superintendent, reported on the progress to date on the new water system and stated that the Notice to Bidders would be published this week, with bids to be opened on February let. The Board inspected and reviewed the plans ae drawn by Carroll Coberly. The Clerk reported that final plane were being formulated by the Bureau of Reclamation for the Town to assume the Administration of Lake Estee. There being no further business to come before the meetin, it was regularly moved, seconded and carried that the meeting journ. Town Clerk ...Mayor
