Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the-9th day of August , A. D. 19 54at regular meeting hour. Meeting called to order by Mayor Clarence A. Graves Present: Mayor Clarence A. Graves Trustees: Ronald Brodie, Henry Dannels, Chas. Herzog, Jess Poling, George Watson. Also Present: Verne H. Fanton, Town Clerk Absent: Trustee A.G. Fisk. Minutes of the regular meeting held on July 26, read and approved. Trustee Poling moved that the following bills be allowed and paid, and that the Clerk be authorized to draw warrants for same.: vruste Brodie seconded the motion: Acme Sanitary Supply, supplies 6.07 R.H. Mr. Robert Tucker peared before the Beard and explained that his service statdnn, located in Grand Estates Addition had recently been annexed to the Town, that he was net sble to comply with the gasoline transport ordinance, and ask that the present regulations be made to apply to the fire zone only. The question was referred to the Town Attorney for opinion. Trustee Herzog reported on proposed improvements for both Town Parking lots to allow for additional parking. The matter of new insurance to cover Stanley Park and Big Thompson water headworks was referred to the Public Building Committee. Mayor Graves reported on the records and activities of the Police Dept. The Board approve final payment for contractors Prange & Mason, C.M. Fulton, and Lawrence Construction Co.
