Minutes of a _.._regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park, Larimer
County, Colorado. Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the. 23
day of .February , A. D. 19 53__. at regular meeting hour.
Meeting called to order by Mayor_E Tem, George H Watson
Present: Mayor Trustees: G.E. Casey, Henry Dannels,
Charles L. Herzog, Bert J. McConnell, Jess Poling and Geo. H. Watson.
Also present: Lee H. Tallant, Supt. of Works
Verne H. Fenton, Town Clerk
Absent: Mayor Clarence A. Graves.

Minutes of the regular meeting held on February 9, read and
approved as read.
The Clerk read the application of Joeseph Andrew and Duke Shannels,
for a restaurant liquor license at Lot 31, White Meadow View Place
Addition. Trustee Herzog moved that it be approved. Trustee
Casey seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion carried by
the following vote: Those voting "Yes" Trustees Casey, Dannels,
Herzog, McConnell, Poling and Watson. Those voting "No" None.
The Public Buildings committee, Trustees Herzog and Casey, authorized.
the construction of a new fence and cattle guard at the Country Club.
The Building Construction committee, Trustees Dannels and Poling,
approved the installation of a shoe shine stand at Lot 20, Block 5,
with certain restrictions.
The Board read and reviewer &n detail the annual audits of the
General Fund, Water Department, Light & Power Department, Stanley-
Magoffin Fund, Policemen's Pension Fund and Firemen's Pension Fund,
as submitted by Frank M. Holmes, C.P.A. of Denver. Foldwdng the
review Trustee Casey move that the audits be accepted. Trustee
Herzog seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion carried by
the following vote: Those voting "Yes" Trustees Casey, Dannels,
Herzog, McConnell, Poling and Watson. "No" none.
Trustee Wate'on reported on the monthly meeting of the Light & Power
Committee.
Trustee Dannels was authorized to install floors and windows at the
gate -houses at Stanley Park, at a cost of $ 240.00.
There being no further business to come before the meeting, it was
regularly moved, seconded and carrie that the meeting adjourn.
