meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park, I,arimer
County, Colorado. Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the....2.2nd

Meeting called to order by Mayor Ronald C. Brodie
Present: Mayor Ronald C. Brodie Trustees: G.E. Casey, Chem. L.
Herzog, Merl Morehead, George H. Watson.
Also present: Verne H. Fanton, Town Clerk
This meeting called by Mayor Brodie for the purpose of considering
the trensfer of ownership of the Liquor Licensed Drug Store, license
of the Finigan Drug Company. The Clerk read the application,
signed by John A. Murphy, Jr. and Beth E. Murphy, a partnership.
Following a discussion Trustee Casey moved that the application
by approved. Trustee Watson seconded the motion. Upon roll call
said motion carried by the following vote: Those voting "Yes"
Trustees Casey, Herzog, Morehead and Watson. Those voting "No"
none.
The Clerk presented an application from Mr. Lowell Slack, for a
temporary permit to install a sign at his place of business on
Elkhorn Ave. The sign would extend beyond the curb line a matter
of inches. Due to the circumstances, the Board instructed the
Clerk to issue a temporary permit, the sign to extend beyond the
curb a distance not to exceed twelve inches, the installation to
be for this season only, and the applicant to agree to the stip-
ulations in writing.
There being no further business it was regularly moved, seconded
and carried that the meeting adjourn.
