Minutes of a re tar meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park, Larimer
County, Colorado. Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the. 12th
day of March , A. D. 1951 at regular meeting hour.

Trustee Morehead moved that the following bills be

Upon roll call said motion carried by the following vote: Those voting
"Yes" Trustees Casey, Graves, Morehead & Watson. Those voting "No" none.
The Board considered a License for a Light & Power Right -of -Way, covering
the existing power line around the Fish Creek arm of Lake Estes, dated
January 10, 1949, as presented by the Bureau of Reclamation. The Town
Attorney's opinion and approval accompanied the Right-of-way, whereupon
Trustee Watson moved that the Mayor be authorized to execute the in-
strument on behalf of the Town. Trustee Casey seconded the motion.
Upon roll call said motion carried by the following vote; Those voting
"Yee" Trustees Casey, Graves, Morehead & Watson. "No" none.

Trustee Watson
Trustee Watson reported on the Light & Power Committee meeting held
on March let, including the action taken to purchase 43 street lights.
Trustee Graves gave a detail report on action taken and plane for the
operation of the Country Club and Golf Course for the coming season.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
