Present: Mayor Ronald C. Brodie Trustees: G.E. Casey, C.A. Graves,
Merl Morehead, Jess Poling, Geo. Watson.
Also Present: Lee H. Tallant, Supt. of Works
Verne H. Fanton, Town Clerk
Absent: Trustee Chas. Herzog.
Minutes of the regular meeting held on December 11, 1950, read
and approved as read.
Trustee Casey moved that the following bills be allowed and paid
and that the Clerk be instructed to draw warrants for same:

Upon roll call said motion carried by the following vote: Those
voting "Yes" Trustees Casey, Graves, Morehead, Poling and Watson.
Those voting "No" none.
The Clerk, together with the Water Superintendent, presented compiled
dettil figures relating to customers, unite and revenue, of the Water
Department and reported that they had met with the Town Attorney re-
garding proposed increased water rates. After reviewing the figures,
the Board instructed the Superintendent to proceed with plans to
appear before the Public Utilities Commission with application for a
25,E rate increase.
Trustee Watson gave a breif report of the Light & Power committee.
Trustee Watson asked that fire insurance be placed on the chutes and
corralle at Stanley Park. The request was referred to the Public
Building & Parke committee.
There being no further business to come before the meeting, it was
regularly moved, seconded and carried that the meeting adjourn.
