Minutes of the regular meeting held on June 26, read end approved as read. Trustee Graves moved that the following bills be allowed and paid, snd that the Clerk be instructed to draw warrants for same: M.J. Poling, services E.P. Upon roll call said motion carried by the following vote: Those voting "Yes" Trustees Casey, Graves, Herzog, Poling and Watson. Those voting "No" None. A letter from the Estes Park Hotel Association was read to the board, concerning the planting of fish in the National Park. The Clerk was instructed to address an appropriate letter tin' the National Park Service. Trustee Watson asked approval for the Estes Park Rodeo Association to sell chances on a horse, at the vacant lot East of Rogers Leather Goods store, end stated that the owners of the lot had given their consent. Approval was granted. Trustee Watson reported that he had again talked with C.M. Hunter about moving the existing building from the right—of—way. of Manford Ave. and was informed that plans were being made to remove the building. The Clerk reported that he would again meet with officials of the Estes Park Conference of Y.M.C.A. regarding the approved new contract for power service, on July 13th. Following a discussion, the Clerk was instructed that wheather the new contract was executed at this time or not, the Towne regular commercial rote would replace the old contract rate, effective with the July 20th reading, but that no new construction was to he done except in accordance with the contract. Present: Mayor Trustees: The Board discussed the fact that it now appears that in some cases during 1948 and 1949 light and power extensions were made without proper advance payments. The Board declared that in every case the adopted extension policy must be strictly com- plied with. The Board again discussed the urgent need for the improvement of the public parking lot, and instructed the Supt. of Works and the Police chief to make additonal surveys for improvement of off-street parking facalities. There being no further business to come before the meeting, it was regularly moved, seconded and carried that the meeting adjourn. Mayor Attent:
