Minutes of a
regular
meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park, Latimer
County, Colorado. Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the.
day of Febr. , A. D. 19 5o at regular meeting hour.
Meeting called to order by Mayor Pro T em , Clarence Graves.

Present: Mayor Trustees: G.E. Casey, S.M. Hurd,
Merl Morehead, Glen Swearingen, George H. Watson.
Absent: Mayor Ronald C. Brodie
Town Clerk, Verne H. Fanton.
Minutes of the regular meeting held on January 23, read and approved
ae read.
Trustee Morehead moved that the following bills be allowed and paid,
and that the Clerk be instructed to draw warrants for same: Trustee
Swearingen seconded the motion:
Continental Oil Company, supplies $ 38.30
Thompson Pipe & Steel, supplies 41.53
Monahan Motor Co., supplies 5.10
Ted Finger Motor, supplies 76.60
Western Oxygen Co., supplies 5.00
E.P. Ice & Fuel, supplies 96.15

E.P. Plumbers, services 168.23
E.P. Lumber, supplies 13.00

Upon roll call said motion carried by the following vote: Those
voting "Yes" Trustees Casey, Hurd, Morehead, Swearingen and Watson.
Those voting "No" none.
Mr. Bradley J. Hurd, Jr. together with his attorney Mr. Maurice Reuler,
both of Denver, appeared before the Board proposing to lease the
municipal air -strip. The Board stated that they would be particularly
interestedin sir -mail operations in the event the air strip was put
into operation, and informed Mr. Hurd that he would hear from the
Town following the next regular meeting.
Trustee Watson reported an the Light & Power Committee's meetings
and finances, to date.
There being no further business to come before the meeting, it was
regularly moved, seconded and carried that the meeting adjourn.
