County, Colorado. Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the 25tb

Minutes of the regular meeting held on April llth, read and
approved as read.
Mr. Maurice Cole presented construction estimates for light & power
extensions to Robert Golden in Broadview area and Carl Alberts on the
So. St. Vrain highway, to be installed under the extension policy.
The Board approved the two extensions. The Board also authorized
the installation of a 500 W. street light at the community church
on Cleave Ave. and one on Cleave Ave. between the church and Prodpect
Drive.
Leon Sweetland and Carl Bailey of the Light & Power Dept. attended
the meeting and together with Maurice Cole and Mayor Brodie, gave
the Board a complete and detail report on the Rocky Mountain Electric
League Conference held at Cheyenne on April 21 ar.d. 22nd.
Water Superintendent Lee Tallant reported that he had Deceived three
bids for water main construction in the Stanley Ave. area. Following
the discusaion.Trustee Watson moved that a contract be drawn and
entered into with the low bidder, Fulton & Griffith and if the con-
tract was riot signed, that the contract be offered to the next loWeet
bidder, F.W. Wolpert. Trustee Morehead seconded the motion. Upon
roll call Said motion carried by the following vote: Those voting
"Yee" trustees Casey, Hurd, Morehead, Swearingen and Watson. Those
voting "Noll', none.
In discussing "Clean -Up" week,the Board declared May 9th thru 13th
to be the annual Clean -Up Week, with Town trucks making free pickups
on May 12 and 13.
The Board discussed the hazard in transporting inflammable liquids
within the Town, also the problems of curb cutting, and informed the
Clerk to obtain information to regulate the same.
There being no further business to come before the meeting, it was
regularly moved, seconded and carried that the meeting adjourn.
