Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the----14th.... day of Febr. , A. D. 19 49 at regular meeting hour. Meeting called to order by Mayor Ronald C. Brodie Present: Mayor Ronald C. Brodie Trustees: G.E. Casey, Clarence Graves, B.M. Hurd, Merl Morehead, Glen Swearingen and George H. Watson. Also Present: Maurice Cole, Supt. of Power Verne H. Fanton, Town Clerk. Absent: None. Minutes of the regular meeting held on January 24, read and approved as read. Trustee Casey moved that the following bills be allowed and paid, and that the Clerk be instructed to draw warrants for same. Trustee Morehead seconded the motion: The Texas Company, supplies $ 13.65 Monahan Motor Co., supplies 10.15 Chilaon & McCreary, services 10.00 Estee Park Plumbers, eervicee 37.29 E.P. Lumber, supplies 28.43 Hendrie & Bolthoff, supplies 54.99 Liberty Truck & Parts, euppliee 153.17 E.P. Ice & Fuel, fuel 136.95 Telephone Company, service 8.05 Light & Power Dept., power 181.63 E.P. Trail, printing 44.77 Bradford -Robinson Co., supplies 3.15 Larimer County, taxes, 146.62 Noyes & Son, services 139.50 Ted Finger Motors repairs 55.00 State Compensation In'eurance,167.00 E.P. Garage, repairs 25.92 Conoco Service Station, service 24.94 Continental 011 Co., supplies 52.95 Executone Co., supplies 4.23 Water Department, operating expenses 1,688.92 Light & Power, operating expenses 11,298.37 Upon roll call said motion carried by the following vote: Those voting "Yes" trustees Casey,Gravee, Hurd, Morehead, Swearingen and Watson. Those voting "No" None. The Clerk informed the Board that the Water Department had one $ 500.00 War Bond, and that the Department would need the cash represented by the Bond, during the next few months, and recommended that it be sur- endered. Trustee Watson moved that the Mayor and the Clerk be auth- orized to cash the Bond. Trustee Hurd seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion carried by the following vote: Those voting "Yes" Trustees Casey, Graves, Hurd, Morehead, Swearingen and Watson. Those voting "No", none. In accordance with the action taken at the last regular meeting, the Clerk presented the proof of publication giving public notice of a public hearing to be held at 8:00 o'clock P.M. at the Town Hall, on the 14th day of February, 1949, to consider an amendment to Ordinance No. 115 (zoning Ordinance). The Clerk informed the Board that no objections had been received to the proposal and that there were no persona present to be heard, whereupon Trustee Graves introduced an Ordinance entitled Z Cotntn of out 0 FI r er County, Colorado, , 19 Minutes of a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park, Larimer County, Colorado. Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the day of , A. D. 19 at regular meeting hour. Meeting called to order by Mayor Present: Mayor Trustees: AN ORDENANCE NDING ORDINANCE NO. 115 OF THE ORDINANCES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK, COLORADO, ENTITLED 'AN ORDINANCE ZONING THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK, COLORADO', AS SAID ORDINANCE WAS NDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 117, PASSED AND a SPTED ON JULY 12, 1948. and moved that it be passed and adopted. Trustee Swearingen seconded the motion. Said Ordinance was then read in full. Upon roll call said motion was duly passed by the following vote: Those voting "Yee" and in favor of the motion, Trustees Casey, Graves, Hurd, Morehead, Swearingen and Watson. Those voting "No", None. Whereupon Mayor Brodie declared said motion passed, said Ordinance duly adopted, Ordered it numbered 121 and published accordingly to law. Maurice Cole, Superintendent of Light & Power Department, presented the budget for 1949, for the Light & Power Dept. and explained the details thereof. • The Clerk presented the Board with copies of the annual report of the Town as prepared by the heads of the various departments. There being no further business to come beofre the meeting, it was regularly moved, seconded and carried that the meeting adjourn. Mayor Attest:
