Meeting called to order by Mayor. Ronald C . Brodie
Present: Mayor Ronald C. Brodie Trustees: G.E. Casey, S.M. Hurd
Merl Morehead and George H. Watson.
Also Present, Lee H. Tallant, Supt. of Works
Maurice Cole, Sup. of Power
Verne H. Fanton, Town Clerk
Absent: Trustees Clarence Graves and Glen Swearingen.
Minutes of the regular meeting held on July 25, read and approved as read.
Trustee Hurd Moved that the following bills be allowed and paid and
that the Clerk be instructed to draw warrants for same: Trustee
Casey seconded the motion.

Upon roll call said motion carried by the following vote: Those voting
"Yes" Trustees Casey, Hurd, Morehead and Watson. Those voting "No", none.
Following a report by the Town Clerk on collection of past due accounts
due the Town, Trustee Morehead introduced the following Resolution and
moved that it be adopted.
RESOLUTION
WHEREAS,heretofore the Town Clerk has had no definite instructions
from the Board of Trustees regarding collection of past due accounts, and
WHEREAS, the Town does not and is not in a position to extend
credit beyond normal operating practices, and,
WHEREAS, problems of collections are becoming increasingly difficult
and in some cases are jepardizing financial operations of the Town,
NOW THEREFOR BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES, that the
Office of the Town Clerk be hereby authorized and instructed to take
any action necessary for the prompt collection of all past due accounts
due the Town, in all departments, and in accordance with standard accepted
business practices, including discontinuance of Utility Services if
necessary.

County, Colorado. Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the
day of , A. D. 19 at regular meeting hour.
Meeting called to order by Mayor
Present: Mayor Trustees:
Said Resolution was then read in full. The roll was called with
the following result: Those voting "Yes" and in favor of the
Resolution, Trustees Casey, Hurd, Morehead and. Watson. Those
voting "No", none. Whereupon Mayor Brodie declared said Resolution
duly passed and adopted.
Maurice Cole reported to the Board that the primary power line
in blocks 5 & 6 was over -loaded and would have to be three-phazed.
The Board agreed that this work should be done as soon as possible.
There being no further business to come before the Board, it was
regularly moved, seconded and carried that the meeting adjourn.
