Also Preeent: Lee H. Tollant, Supt. of Works
Verne. H.'Fanton, Town Clerk
Abeent: Trustee Clerence Graves.
Minutes of the regularmeeting held on June 28, readand approved
as read.
Trustee Morehead Moved that the fo].iowig bills be allowed and paid,
and that the Clerk be instructed to draw warrants for same: Trustee
Watson seconded the motion:

Upon roll call said motion carried bythe following vote: Those
voting "Yes" Trustees Casey, Hurd, Morehead, Swearingen and Watson.
Those voting "No°, none.
Mr. Calude Davis, Mr. Bert eConnell and Mr. Chas. F. Hix appeared
before the. Board, representing the Zoning Board. of The Town of Fates
Park. Mr, Claude Davis, Chairman, of the Board, reviewed the pro-
posed amendment to the. Town Zoni g Ordinanc and reeomended that
it be paseed, and. adopted. The Notice of proposal having been pub-
lished according to law, there being no persona present to object to
the proposed Ordinance, Trustee Casey intoduced the following en-
title'. Ordinance and noved that it be passe and. adopted:
"AN ORDENANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 115, ENTITLED
iAN ORDINANCE ZONING THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK, COLORADOI,
AND WHICH ORDINANCE WAS PASSED AND ADOPTED ON AUGUST
25, 1947."
Said Ordinance o then read in full- Trustee Hurd secondedthe
motion. The motion being upon the peasing and adopting of said
Ordinance, the roll wes called, with the following result; Those
voting in favor of passing sal:. Ordinance and voting "Yea", truatees
Casey, Hurd, Morehead, Swearingen and 'atson. Those voting "No", None.
Whereupon Mayor Brodie declared ea:id Ordinance passed and adopted.
