with Mr. H.H. Warner as chairman appeered beofre the Board, Following

The Board then further discuesed th proposal with the following
deceslon: The Town would not r linquish any certified territory to
the Union of Brighton; The Town, now having electrie service:

and expecting to complete this construction. within eight weeks,
would continue said construction with all possible spewd. Regarding
the Raymondand. Peaceful Valley. area, Su' erintendent M •urige Cole

The Clerk presented the report of th, milk inspector, R.W. Brand,
D.V.M, for the period. June 1 to June 15. The results app ared, to
be within the Ordinance.
• The Clerk reported that he is receiving numeroun 00 p. aints regarding
the hazard nd nuisance created by the buring of all types of
m terial in the open, both within and without th fire zone. The
Board agreed that thi constituted t hazard. and a nuisanc, and in-
structed the Clerk to have a Ordinance ready to consider at the
next regular m eting, regulatin this condition.
Ther4 being no further businesn to come before the meeting, it was
r gularly moved, econded and carried. that tie meeting adjourn.
