Meeting called to order by Mayor. ....__ Ronald Brodie
Present: Mayor Ronald C. Brodie Trustees: G.E. Casey, Glen
Swearingen and George H. Wateon.
Also Present: Maurice Cole, Supt. of Power,
Verne H. Fenton, Town Clerk
Absent: Trustees, Clarence Graves, S.M. Hurd, Merl Morehead.
Minutes of the regular meeting held on April 26, read and approved
as read.
Trustee Watson moved that the following bills be allowed and paid,
and that the Clerk be instructed to draw warrants for same. Trustee
Casey seconded the motion:

Upon roll call said motion unanimously carried.
Mr. George Layubort, President of the Estes Park Rodeo Association,
appeared before the Board, asking permieeion to build a feed rack for
horses at Stanley Park. The Board granted permission, providing the
,Location was in accordance with the master plan for Stanley Park.
William E. Banks, Chief of Police, appeared before the Board and
recommended several changes in parking regulations for the coming
season. The Board approved the recommendations.
A letter from David Lennox, Jr. was read to the Board, proposing
to lease a pasture at the Town power plant site. The proposal was
ordered held for the next meeting.
A written application from Jack Monahan and William Amen for a license
to operate motor ecootere, was read to the Board. Because of past
expierence with rental scootere,the Board rejected the application.
There being no further business to come before the meeting, the meeting
adjourned.
