Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the, . 28t?1........... day of Julys_..,_.__.... , „ A. D. 1947at regular meeting hour. Meeting called to order by Mayor. R,cnald C,n..Hrodi,e .,,.... .,.,... Present: Mayor Ronald C. Brodie Trustees: G.E. Casey, S.M. Hurd, Merl Morehead and George H. Watson. Also Present: Maurice Cole, L.H. Tallant, V.H. Fanton. Absent: Trustees Clarence Graves and Paul J. Monahan. Minutes of the regular meeting held on July 14, read and approved. Trustee S.M. Hurd introduced the following Resolution and moved that it be passed and adopted. Trustee Watson seconded the motion: RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK, COLORADO, That the plat of Lake View Tracts, a subdivision of part of Lot Four (4) of Stanley Meadows Addition to the Town of Estes Park, Colorado, end with the didication of streets and roadways as shown thereon, and the original of which plat was recorded July 5, 1945 in Plat Book 6 at page.3, Larimer County, Colorado records, be and the same is hereby approved and accepted. Upon roll call, said motion carried by the following vote: Those voting "Yes", Trustees Casey, Hurd, Morehead and Watson. "No", None. L.E. Grace, F.E. Rogers, Paul VanHorn, Dave Lennox, Mr. & Mrs. J.H. Lehman, appeared before the Board, for information and hearing regarding the proposed zoning Ordieinanoe. The Clerk reviewed the proposed Ordinance, the only objection being lots 31 thru 40 of Little Prospect, owned by F.E. Rogers, were requested to be unclassified for amusement purposes.. In order to avoid proposed charges to the regional hotels by the garbage collector, the Clerk was instructed to prepare a five year contract with Mr. Norman Stamp the present collector. Trustee Morehead introduced an: Ordinance entitled AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE USE OF AND TRAFFIC UPON THE PUBLIC STREETS, ALLEYS AND HIGHWAYS OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK, PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH. Trustee Morehead then moved that the Ordinance be passed and adopted. Trustee Watson seconded the motion. The motion being upon the passing and adopting of said Ordinance, the roll was called with the following result: Those voting "Yes" trustees Casey, Hurd, Morehead and Watson. Those voting "No", none. Whereupon Mayor Brodie declared said Ordinance duly passed and adopted, ordered in numbered 112 and published according to law. There being no further buainese to come before the meeting, it was regularlxy moved, seconded and carried that the meeting adjourn.
