Minutes of a....Segu ,air meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park, Lorimer
County, Colorado. Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the
day of June , A. D. E9_. at regular meeting hour.
Meeting called to order by Mayor Ronald C. Brodie

Present: Mayor Ronald C. Brodie Trustees: G.E. Casey, S.M. Hurd,
and Merl Morehead.
Also present: Lee H. Tallant, Supt. of Works
Maurice Cole, Supt. of Power
Verne H. Fanton, Town Clerk
Absent: Trustees, C.A. Graves, Paul Monahan, Geo. H. 'Watson.
Minutes of the regular meeting held on May 26, 1947, read and
approved as read.
After discussing the application from Hinderlider and Fellows
for Town water, to be served from a tap on the Bureau of Reclamation
pen stook at Mary's Lake, the Board declared the Town to be willing
to proceed and plan on such an arrangement, providing it did not
effect in any way the present contraot between the Bureau and the
Town.
Mr. F.E. Rogers appeared before the Board and presented a proposed
re -subdivision of Lots 32 through 40 of Little Prospect Mountain
Addition. The proposal was referred to the street and alley com-
mittee for inspection on the site.
Mr. Frank Parrott of the Estes Park Garage appeared before the
Board seeking a license to operate e000tere for hire. Following
the discussion and paaatic'ts warning of the possible nueaiense that
might be created, permission was granted for a license to be issued.
Mr. Alzimer, Mr. Hanson and Mrs. Hooke appeared before the Board
asking that the Town purchase and operate the LaNier-White water
system at Beavor Point. It appearing that the plan was feasable,
the Board declared they would start negotiations to take over the
system.
Trustee Hurd moved that the following bills be allowed and paid and
that the Clerk be instructed to draw warrants for same: Trustee
Morehead seconded the motion:
