D. 19.. 46 at regular meeting hour. Meeting called to order by Mayor...,, Ronald, C. Brodie Present: Mayor RonLid C. Brodie Trustees: G.E. Casey, C.A. Graves, S.M. Hurd, Paul J, Monahan, Merle Morehead and George H. Watson. Also Present: Verne H. Fanton, Town. Clerk Maur ice Cole, Supt. of Power Lee H. Tallant, Water Supt. Absent: None. Minutes of the regular meeting held on March 25th, read and approved as read. In accordance with the results of the Town Election held on April 2, 1946, the Clerk administeeted the oath of office to the following elected officials: Mayor, Ronald C. Brodie Trustees: Garry E. Casey, Clarence A. Graves, Silas M. Hurd, Paul J. Monahan Merl Morehead and George H. Watson. or Brodie made the following appointments for the ensuing term: Mqyor Pro Tem! Clarence A. Graves Town Attorney, Hatfield Chilean Town Treasurer, Garrey E. Casey Town Clerk, Verne H. Fanton Health Officer, J.O.Mall, M.D. Milk Inspector, R.W. Brand Water Superintendent, Lee H. Tallant bight & Power Superintendent, Maurice Cole Airport Manager, P.C. Rasmussen Police Magistrate, Verne H. Fanton Police Chief, W.J. Selberg Electricial Enspector, Maurice Cole Town Board Committees: Street and Alley Monahan & Hurd Public Buildings & Parks Graves & Watson Public Utilities Watson & Morehead Building Casey & Hurd police Commissioner S.M. Hurd Collections Morehead & Graves Trustee Casey moved that the above appointments be approved by the Board. Trustee Watson seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion carried by the following vote: Those voting "Yee" trustees Casey, Graves, Hurd, Monahan Morehead and Watson. Those voting "No", None. In accordance with the results of the question submitted to the voters at the last election, Trustee Caeey moved that the Mayor and the Clerk be instructed and authorized to proceed to exercise the option held bey the Town on lots 6 to 12 inclusive, block 4, Town of Estes Park, also that the Mayor and Clerk be authorised to execute two leases on said property as presented and recomended by the Public Building committee. Trustee Hurd seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion carried by the following vote: Those voting "Yes", trustees Casey, Graves, Hurd, Monahan, 'ud rehead and Watson. Those voting "No", None. The Clerk presented and read the auditors report for the Light & Power Dep't. for the year 1945, as submitted by Frank M.Holmes, C.P.A. of Denver. The Board being satisfied, trustee Hurd moved that the report be accepted. Trustee Morehead seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion carried by the following vote: Those voting "Yes" trustees Casey, Graves, Hurd, Monahan Morehead and Watson. Those voting "No", none. COW! Meeting called to order by Mayor_---_____________ Present: Mayor Trustees: Trustee Watson moved that the following bills be allowed and paid, and that the Clerk be authorised to draw warrants for same: Trustee Monahan seconded the motions Chamber of Commerce, advertising, 4 50.00 U.S.F. & G. company, premium, 20.00 Mine & Smelter Supply Co., supplies 10.56 Preston Garage, repairs 41.10 The Texas Company, supplies 58.94 Frank M. Holmes, services 6.25 Conoco Station, supplies 1.10 Monahan Motor Company, supplies 30.80 Oat Wert Printing, supplies 3.16 Light & Power Dep't., power 170.29 Liberty Truck & Parts, supplies 17.42 Estes Park Trail, printing, 210.37 Estes Park Plumbers, supplies 64.20 Estes Park Lumber, supplies 18.31 W.S. Darley, supplies 6.80 Estes Park Hardware, supplies 1,43 Estes Park Ice & Fuel, supplies 65.77 B.H. Haverfield, supplies 12.50 Depreciation Fund, 98.33 Water Dept. operating expenses 709.05 Wages & salaries, 465.10 Light & Power Operating expenses 6,103.15 Upon roll call said motion carried by the following vote; Those voting "Yes" Trustees Casey, Graves, Hurd, Monahan, Morehead and Watson. Those voting "No", none. Following a report by Police Commissioner Hurd and discussion, Trustee Graves moved that the Town proceed to purchase a police car. Tnsstee Watson seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion carried by the following votes Those voting "Yes", trustees Casey, Graves, Hurd, Monahan, Morehead and Watson. Those voting "No", none. There being no further business to Dome before the meeting, the meeting adjourned. Attests
