Minutes of the special meeting heldon December 27th, 1945, read and approved as read.
Trustee Casey moved that the following lille be allowed and paid, and that the
Clerk be instructed to draw'uarrante for same. Trustee Watson seconded the motion.

Upon roll call said motion carried by the following vote; Those voting "Yes"
Trustees Casey, Graves, Hurd, Monahan and Watson. Those voting "No", None.
Trustee George H. Watson introduced and Ordinance entitled
AN ORDINANCE CONC ING THE ANNEXATION OE CERTAIN
TERRITORY TO THE TOOF BSTES PARK, COLORADO, PLATTED
AS STANLEY HEIGHTS ADDITION B TO THE TOWN OF -:TES
PARK, COLORADO.
The ordinance was then read in full. Trustee Watson moved that said Ordinance
be passed and adopted. Trustee Casey seconded the motion. The motion being
neon the passing and adopting of said Ordinance, the roll was called with the
following result; Those voting "Yee", trasteee Case', Graves, Surd, Monahan
and Watson. Those voting "No", None. Whereupon Mayor Brodie declared said
Ordinance duly passed and adopted, ordered it numbered 107, and published
according to law.
An application for a liquor license by Robert 2. O'Donnell, at the Park View Cafe
was read to the Board. Trustee Graves moved that said application be rejected,
being of the opinion that a sufficient number of licenses had been issued. Trustee
nahan seconded the motion, Upon roll call said motion carried by the following
vote; Those voting "Yes", Trustees Casey, Graves, Hurd, Monahan and Watson. Those
voting "No", None,

Trustees:
Trustee Hurd Moved that a $ 10.00 donation be made to the Treasurer of
the Eetea Park Canteen (Youth Center). Trustee Watson seconded the motion.
Upon roll call aaid motion unanimously carried.
The Clerk was instructed to write of letter of appreciation to Mr. Carl
Sanborn for his recent dedication of a 60' road around Stanley Park.
The Board, together with Mr. Chilean, ehtered into a detail discussion re-
garding ways and means of acquiring the necessary right of way, in order for
the Bureau of Public Baade to construct a new bridge at the East end of
Elkhorn Avenue. It was agreed that the cost Of the right of way could not
be provided from current finances and that some outside means of financing
must be provided.for.
or Brodie appointed Trustee S.M. Hurd, Police Commissioner.
There being no farther business, to come before the meeting, it was regularly
moved, seconded and carried that the meeting adjourn.
