Present: Mayor Ronald C. Brodie Trustees: C.A. Graves, S.M. Hurd,
Merl Morehead and George H. Watson.
Also Present: Lee H. Tallant, Supt. of Water
Verne H. Fanton, Town Clerk
Absent: Trustees G.E. Casey and Paul J. Monahan.
Minutes of the regular meeting held on June 24th, read and approved as read.
Trustee Watson moved that the following bills be allowed and paid and that
the Clerk be instructed to draw warrants for same: Trustee Graves seconded
the motion.

Upon roll call said motion carried by the following vote: Those voting "Yes",
trustees Graves, Hurd, Morehead and Watson. Those voting No, None.
Following a discussion regarding the hazard caused by the present condition
of the Hupp Livery building, the Clerk was instructed to contact the Town.
Attorney regarding possible action that might be taken .
Trustee Watson reported on plans and progress made for the improvement of
Stanley Park.
There being no further business to come before the meeting, the meeting adjourra d.
