Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the loth day of June A. D. 19 46 at regular meeting hour. Meeting called to order by Mayor Ronald C. Brodie Present: Mayor Ronald C. Brodie Trustees: G.E. Casey, C.A. Graves, S.M. Hurd, Paul J. Monshgn and Merl Morehead. Akeo Present: Lee H. Tallant, Supt. of Works Maurice Cole, Supt. of Power Verne H. Fanton, Town Clerk Absent: Trustee George H. Watson. Minutes of the regular meeting held on May 27, read and approved as read. Trustee Casey moved that the following bills be allowed and paid and that the Clerk be instructed to draw warrants for same. Trustee Hurd seconded the motion. Operating Expenses 6416,08 Upon roll call said motion carried by the following vote: Those voting "Yes" trustees Casey, Graves, Hurd, Monahan and Morehead. Those voting "No", none. A letter from the State Game and Fish commission, under date of May 28, 1946, was read to the Board. The Commission ask for permission to enlarge the State Fish Hatchery grounds and buildings, located on the Town Light and Power Dept. property on Fall River Road. Following the discussion, Trustee Casey moved that the Town grant said permission, in accordance with the letter. Trustee Morehead seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion carried by the following vote: Those voting "Yea", trustees Casey, Graves, Hurd, Monahan and Morehead. Those voting "No", one. Morrie Cole reported to the Board that the light & power extension to the Glen Haven area had been completed. There being no further business to come before the meeting, it was regularly moved seconded and carried that the meeting adjourn. • Mayor
