Present: Mayor Glen H. Preston Trustees: C.A. Graves, S.M. Hurd, R.H. Lindley, Paul J. Mo+. an and George H. Watson. Also Present: Verne H. Fenton, Town Clerk Lee H. Tallant, Supt. of Works wurlce Cole, Supt. of Light & Power. Absent: Trustee G.E. Casey. Minutes of the regular meeting held on March 26th, read and approved as read. Trustee Watson moved that the following bills be allowed and paid and that the Clerk be instructed to draw warrants for same: Trustee Graves seconded the motion. Baldridge, supplies 3.00 Joe Smith, recapping 281.70 Schwilke Truck Line, fuel 59.00 Monahan Motor Co., supplies 1.95 Salaries, General 290.00 Power Dept., power 128.59 Estes Park Trail, printing 28.85 Upon roll call the above motion carried by the following vote: Those voting "Yes", Trustees Graves, Hurd, Lindley, Monahan and Watson. Those voting "No", None. Following a discussion regarding local liquor licnnses, and there being no liquor license applications on file, and the Board being of the opinion that a sufficient number of licenses have been issued, Trustee Lindley moved, that for the welfare of the Town, no more liquor licensee be issued during 1945. Trustee Hurd seconded the motion. Upon roll call the above motion carried by the follow- ing vote: Those voting "Yes", trustees Graves, Hurd, Lindley, Monahan and Watson. Those voting "No", none. The Clerk read the Auditors report of the Town General Fund and Water Department, covering the period April 1, 1944 to December 31, 1944, submitted by Frank M. Hol s, Certified Public Accountant, of Denver. Following the comment, the Board accepted the report and ordered it filed. Mr. Geo. Van Horn appeared before the Board to duscuss the renewal of the lease on the Continental 0i1 Company property. The B rd instructed the Mayor and the Clerk to renew the lease on the same basis that the property was leased last year. Croton of ego Path, Larimer Couniy, Colorado, , 19 . Meeting called to order by Mayor Present: Mayor Trustees: Page Two, 4/9/46 The Clerk read a petition, addressed to the Board of Trustees, and signed by twelve property owners in the Little Prospect Addition area, protesting the granting of any license for the operation of a bar, night club or road house, in the above residential area. The petition as ordered filed. Mr1 Nhurice Cole reviewed the possibility of light and power extension to include service to the Glen Haven area. There being no further business to come before the meeting, it was regular- ly moved, seconded and carried that the meeting adjourn. Mayor Attest:
