Preston Trustees: G.E. Casey, C.A. Graves, S.M. Hurd and George H. Watson. Also Present: Town Clerk, Verne H. Fanton Supt. of Works, Lee H. Tallant Supt. of P• er, Maurice Cole Absent: Trustees R.H. Lindley and Paul J. Monahan. Minutes of the regular meeting held on February 26, read and approved as read. Trustee Casey Ihoved that the following bills be allowed and paid and that the Clerk be instructed to draw warrants for same. Trustee Graves seconded the motion. Hix, Agent, premium 337.53 Estee Park Trail, printing 33.70 gages & Salaries, Water Dept. 300.70 Wages, & Salaries, General 502.48 Wages, & Salaries, Li •t & Power 1035.00 Public Building Supplies 55.67 Highway supplies 223.72 Upon roll call said motion carried by the follwoing vote: Those voting "Yes", trustees Casey, Graves, Hurd and Watson. Those voting "No", None. The Clerk presented to the Board a proposed Joint Use Contract between the Mountain State Telephone Company and the Town of Estes Park for joint use of poles. Trustee Watson moved that the yor and the Clerk be authorized to execute the proposed contract. Trustee Hurd seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion carried by the following vote: Those voting "Yes" Trustees Casey, Graves, Hurd and Watson. Those voting "No", None. Following a discussion regarding proposed territory to be served by the Municipal light and power system, the Clerk was instructed to notify the Town Attorney, Hatfield Chilson to make application with the Public Utilities Commissi on for a certificate to serves Townships 3,4, and 5 in Range 73 Weat and Townships 4,5, and 6 in Range 72 West. There being no further business to come before the meeting, it was regularly moved, seconded and carried that the meet' adjourn. Attest: Torn Clerk Mayor
