T'anion Sept. of Power Leo F.C. tatlock Supt. or Works Lee E. Tallant. Minutes of the regular meeting hold on December 26, 1944, read and approved as read. Trustee Watson moved that the followdng bills paid, and that. the Clerkbe authorized to TrusteeCasey seconded the motion Collector of Internal Rev, Public Service Co., service Wages, General Fund Torgary,supplies Bond Premium, Clerk Depreciation, Telephone. Co., service State Compensation insurance, Schwilke Truck, cool Estes Park Ice & Fuel Highway supplies Wages, Water Dept. Hatfield Chilson, services Light & Power acquisitions costs Lichti Power operating costs coal tax premium be allowed and draw warrants for same: $ 15.04 297.78 210.79 231.12 32.50 5.00 154.61 17.90 393,00 88.62 7.04 1E3.40 278,10 25.00 228,888.74 1,326.44 Upon. roll call the above motion carried bythe following vote: Those voting "Yes", trustees Casey, Hurd, Monahan and Watson. Those voting "No", None® Trustee G.E. Casey introduced and. Ordinance entitled: AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO, 44 PASSED ANT) ADOPTED ON jULY 23, 1928, Said Ordinance was thenread in. full- Trustee Hurd. moved that said ordinance be passed and adopted as. read, Trustee Monahan seconded the motion, The motion. being upon. the pang and adopting of said Ordinance, the rollwas called with the follow- ing result; Those voting "Yes", trustees Casey, Hurd, Monahan and Watson- Those voting No None. Whereupon b Preston ded:lared said Ordinance duly passedand adopted, that it be. numbered 104, and that it be published accordingiy to law. Due to the absence of Trustee Ronald C. Brodie, now serving in. the Armed Forces, Mayor Preston. appointed. Mr. C.A. raves to fill the vacancy, and presented the name to. the 'Board. for approval. -Follow- ing the discussion Trustee Casey moved that said appointment be approved. Trustee Monahan. seconded. the motion. Uponroll call the above motion carried by the following. vote, Those. voting' "Yes", Trustees Casey, Hurd, Uonanan and Watson, Those voting "No" None. Supt. Leo Matlock reported. to the Board on the operations of the Light-e1 Power department, for the period since Jan, I, 1945.
