Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the day of March A. D. 19 44e regular meeting hour. Meeting called to order by Mayor Glen H. Preston. Present: Mayor Glen H. Preston Trustees: Robert H. Lindley Paul J. Monahan and Absent: Trustee Ronald C. Brodie. Also present: Town Clerk, Verne H. 13th G.E. Cagey, S.M. Hurd, George H. Watson. Fanton. Minutes of the regular meeting held on February 28th, read and approved as read. Trustee Casey moved that the following bills be allowed and paid, and that the Clerk be instructed to draw warrants for same. Trustee Hurd seconded the motion. Public Service Company, service Monahan Motor Company, supplies Larimer County, fees Estes Park Ice & Fuel, supplies Estes Park Hardware, supplies V.L. McCracken, wages Lee H. Tallant, salary Carl Hyatt, wages, V.H. Fenton, salary E.E. Holton, salary Petty Cash Fund, supplies Estes Park Tral, supplies Mine & Smelter Supply Co. supplies Continental 0il Co., supplies Rocky Mnt. Sewage Assoc. dues, S.M. Hurd, wages C.F. Trustee Lindley moved that the appointment be approved. Trustee Hurd seconded the motion. Upon roll call the motion carried by the following vote: Those voting "Yes", trustees Hurd, Lindley Monahan and Watson. Those voting "No", None. Those not voting, Trustee G.E. Casey. Whereas the fiscal year of the. Town of Estes Park ends on arch 31st Trustee Hurd moved that the Town employ Mr. Frank Holmes, Certified Public Accountant, of Denver, to audit the books of the Town. Trustee Monah seconded the motion. Upon roll call said motion carried by the following vote: Those voting "Yes", trustees Casey, Hurd, Lindley, Monahan and Watson. Those voting "No", None. Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the day of..... Meeting called to order by Mayor at regular meeting hour. Present: Mayor Trustees: Mr. J.E. Dolan, representing the State Board of Health, Captain Robertson, representing the U.S. Public Health Service and R.W. Brand, D.V.M. the Town milk inspector, appeared before the Board and presented and recommended an Ordinance known as the Standard Milk Ordinance. Following a discussion, Mayor Preston announced that the Board would investigate the possibility of passing such an Ordinance. The Town Clerk, Verne H. Fanton, presented the proposed budget for the operation of the Town for the coming fiscal year. The budget was then read in full. After discussion, Trustee Casey moved and Trustee Watson seconded the motion that the budget as submitted, be passed and adopted. Upon roll call the motion carried by the following vote: Those voting "Yes " trustees Casey, Hurd, Lindley, Monahan and Watson. Those voting "No", None. Trustee Lindley introduced and Ordinance entitled "Annual Appropriation Ordinance for the Fiscal Year Beginning April 1, 1944, and Ending March 31, 1945". The Ordinance was then read in full. Trustee Casey moved and Trustee Watson seconded the motion that said Ordinance entitled "Annual Appropriation Ordinance for the Fiscal Year Beginning April 1, 1944 and Ending March 31, 1945" be passed and adopted, that said Ordinance be numbered 98, and that it be published according to law. Upon roll call said motion carried by the following vote: Those voting "Yes", trustees Casey, Hurd, Lindley, Monahan and Watson. Those voting "No", None. Whereupon Mayor Preston declared said motion carried and said Ordinance passed and adopted. There being no furthere business to come before the meeting, it was regularly moved, seconded and carried that the meeting adjourn. Mayor Attest:
