Minutes of a regular
meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park, Larimer
County, Colorado. Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the 25.
day of. °Q.t....Q.14U , A. D. 19_4 at regular meeting hour.
Meeting called to order by Mayor.. Glen N, Preston
Present: Mayor Glen H. Preston Trustees: G.E. Casey, S.M. Hurd,
Robert H. Lindley, Paul J. Monahz and George H. Watson.
Also Present: To Clerk, Verne H. Fanton and. Town Attorney
Hatfield Chilson.
Absent: Trustee Ronald C. Brodie.
Minutes of the regular meeting held on October 9th and the
Special meeting held on October 16th, read and approved as read.
Mr. F.E. Brainard, representing the advisory committee of the
Estes Park Country Club, appeard before the Board and reviewed
the operations of the Country Club for the past year together
with proposed operations and expenditures for the coming year.
The Board accepted Brainards report and expressed their
appreciation for the committees efforts.
Mr. Chi on, together with the Board, discussed in detail the
proposed power contract, between the Town of Estes Park and
the Public Service Company. Also the sale of the Revenue
Bonds, as advertised, to be held on October 27, 1944,
Trustees Monahan and Hurd reported that they had inspected a
highway maintainer and made arrangements to purchase.
There being no further business to come before the meeting
it rn regularly moved, seconded and carried that the meeting
adjourn.
