Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the 22 , A. D. 19 43. at regular meeting hour. day of March Meeting called to order by Mayor Glen___._ Preston Present: Mayor Glen 11. Preston Trustees: R.C. Brodie G.E. Casey, R.H. Lindley, Geo. H. Watson. Absent, S.M. Hurd & Paul J. Monahan. Minutes of the regular meeting held on March 8, read and approved as read. After reviewing'the Town finances for the year, Trustee Lindley moved and Trustee Oasey seconded the motion that The Town General Fund call all registered warrants now outstanding, the total amount being, $ 3,917.35. Upon roll call the above motion carried by the following vote: "Yes", trustees Brodie, Casey, Lindley and Watson. "No", None. The Clerk presented to the board a system of constant in- ventory and depreciation on equipment, for Town materials and equipment. The expression of the Board being favorable, Mayor Preston announced the Town would operate under this system, starting April 1, 1943. Having received numerous complaints, the Board discussed the problem of power leaks from high tension power lines, interfering with radio reception. The Clerk was instructed to write the Public Service Company, asking their coopera- tion in 'e]iminatiNg this trouble. There being no further business to come before the meeting it was regularly moved, seconded,,,ytnd carried that the meeting adjourn. Attest: Clerk Mayor
