Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the.....lOth day of.M47 A. D. 19 43 at regular meeting hour. Meeting called to order by Mayor Glen H. Preston Present: Mayor Glen H. Preston Trustees: R.C. Brodie, G.E. Casey, S.M. Hurd, R.H. Lindley, Paul J. Monahan, George H. Watson. Absent, None: Minutes of the regular meeting held on April 12, and the special meeting held on April 19, read and approved as read. Trustee Casey moved and trustee Brodie seconded the motion that the following bills be allowed and paid, and that the Clerk be instructed to draw warrants for same: Petty cash fund supplies 17.44 Estes Park Ice c Fuel, supplies 8.00 Linde Air Products Co., supplies 7.01 Preston Garage supplies 64.72 Continental Oil Company, supplies 52.28 Schwilke Truck Line, supplies 33.33 Roy Wiest, M.D. 50.00 Bert McConnell, fees .75 Rocky Mountain Motor Co., freight 89 E.C. "No", None. Folluwwing a discussion of the future fininicial c,andition of the region, Trustee Watson moved and trustee Hurd seconded the motion that the LIayor be instructed to write both congressional Senators, asking their full support on re -opening the Big Thomp- son Project. Upon roll call the motion carried by the follow- ing vote: Yes", trustees Brodie, Casey, Hurd, Lindley, Monahan and Watson. "No" None. 337 Cann of Como park, Larimer County, Colorado, 19 . Minutes of a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park, Larimer County, Colorado. Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the day of , A. D. 19 at regular meeting hour. Meeting called to order by Mayor. Present: Mayor Trustees: After reviewing the method used for garbage collection for the p-st year, Trustee Lindley moved and trustee Monahan seconded the motion that Supt. of Works, Lee H. Tallant, be instructed to notify Lloyd D. Downing and A.Dean Coleman that the Town has rescinded the contract entered into with them on June 3, 1942. Upon roll call the motion carried by the following vote: "Yes" trustees Brodie, Casey, Lindley Hurd, Monahan, & Watson. "No", None. After inspecting all bonds and interest coupons, of the General Fund, dated April 15, 1925, Trustee Watson moved and trustee Boride seconded the motion that the Board de- clare all Bonds and Coupons paid and cancelled and in pro- per form in the office of the Clerk. Upon roll call the motion carried by the following vote:"Yes", trustees Brodie Casey, Hurd, Lindley, Monahn and Watson. "No", None. Trustee Casey moved and trustee Watson seconded the motion that the T notify the State Game & Fish Department that the community would be benefitted by addional warden pro- tection. Upon roll call above motion carried by the foll- owing vote: "Yes", trustee Brodie, Casey, Hurd, Lindley, Monahan & Watson. "No", None.
