Meetiing called to order by Mayor....PaPcg...,......X.-
Present: Mayor Glen H. Preston Trustees: Ronald. C. Brodie,
G.E. Casey, R.H. Lindley, Paul J. Monahan, and George H, Watson.

Minutes of the regular meeting held on May 25, and the special
meeting held on June 3, read and approved as read.
R.H. Lindley moved and G.E. Casey seconded the motion that the
following bills be allowed and paid and that the Clerk be in-
structed to draw warrants for same;

Yes, trustees Brodie, Casey, Lindley, Monahan & Watson.
No, None,
S.S. Magoffin appeared before the Board, in regard to improve-
ments now under construction. at Stanley Park,
D.L. Downing appeared before the Board and was informed that
the Board had acted favorable on a garbage disposal contract,
subject to the approval of the Town Attorney,
Trustee Lindley moved and Trustee Watson seconded the.
motion that the Water Department by an additional $ 1,000,00 worth
of registered warrants from the General Fund. Motion carried by the
following vote Yes, trustees Brodie, Casey, Lindley, Monahan and
Watson. No, None.
There being no further business to come before the Board, it was
regularly moved, seconded and carried that the meeting,-djourn.
