Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the 23 day of June , A D. 19 4lat regular meeting hour. Meeting called to order by Mayor.. C.N. Rockwell Present: Mayor C.N. Rockwell Trustees: Guy W. Albright, Ronald C. Brodie, G.E. Casey, R.H. Lindley, Glen H. Preston, George H. Watson. Absent None. Minutes of the regular meeting held on June 9, read and approved as read. Mr. Joe Morris appeared before the board in regard to the proposed oiling of Anderson Lane. After some discussion Trustee Albright Moved and Trustee Brodie seconded the motion that Anderson Lane be oiled x .x from Cleave Avenue to Prospect Drive. Upon roll call above motion was carried by the following vote: Yes, trustees Albright Brodie, Casey, Lindley, Preston & Watson. No, None. Certain past due accounts was read to the Board. After explanation and discussion Trustee Preston moved and Trustee Lindley seconded the motion that the account of Augie Oliver in the amount of $ 18.00 be charged off. Trustee Lindley moved and Trustee Casey seconded the motion that five other accounts, if not paid by July 3, 1941, in full, be turned for collection. Upon foll call said motion was carried by the following vote: Yes, trustees, Albright, Brodie, Casey, Lindley, Preston and Watson. No, None. The question of people living outside the town limits using the Town Dump, was brought to the attention of the Board. After working out a schedule of rates, Trustee Casey moved and Trustee Watson seconded the motion that the schedule of rates as submitted, be charged and collected, on all users living outside the Town limits. Upon roll call above motion was carried by the following vote: Yes, Trustees Albright, Brodie, Casey, Lindley Preston and Watson. No, None. There being no further business to come before the meeting, it was regularly moved, seconded and carried that the meeting adjourn. Mayor Attest:
