D. 19 41. at regular meeting hour. Meeting called to order by Mayor _.G_._N� Rockwell 12 Present: Mayor C.N. Rockwell Trustees: Guy W. Albright Ronald C. Brodie, G.E. Casey, R1H. Lindley, Glen H. Preston and Geo. H. Watson. Absent. None. Minutes of the regular meeting held on April 28th, read and approved as read. Trustee Lindley moved and Trustee Casey senonded the motion that the following bills be allowed and paid, and that the Clerk be instructed to draw warrants for same: Carroll H. Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the day of. A. D. 19,,_ _ at regular meeting hour. Meeting called to order by Mayor,. Present: Mayor Trustees: Mr. E.R. Anderson appeared before the board, awking the approval of the Board to operate a public Bingo Game, with financial benefits to be given to Civic Organizations. The Board took no action on the proposal, but instructed the Clerk to write the office of the District Attorney for an opinion on the legality of the proposal. Trustee Watson moved and Trustee Albright seconded the motion that the Week starting May 19, be named as"clean up Week", and that Supt. of Works, Lee H. Tallant be instructed to have the Town trucks hauling trash on the days of May 20th and May 21st. Upon roll call above motion was carried by the folla',cng vote: Yes, Trustees Albright, Brodie, Casey Lindley, Preston & Watson. No, None. An application for a 3.2% beer license, for a lunch room to be located on the So. St. Vrain Road, and signed by Ruth Herndon, was read to the Board. After some discussion Trustee Watson moved and Trustee Brodie seconded the motion that the above license be granted. Upon roll call the above motion was carried by the following vote; yes Trustees Albright, Brodie, Casey, Lindley, Preston & Watson. No, None. Mr. C.B. Hall and Mr. M.J. Poling appeared before the board in regard to street lighting. Trustee Brodie moved and Trustee Casey seconded the motion that the two new street lights now on order, be connected to the present system; that eight new poles be set on the street; and that the Clerk be instructed to get an estimate on the cost of stringing the present system on the new poles. Upon roll call the above motion was carried by the following vote; Yes, trustees Albright, Brodie, Casey, Lindley, Preston and Watson. No, None. There being no further business to come before the board, it was regularly moved, seconded and carried that the meeting adjourn. Mayor
