Minutes of a_regular
meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park, Larimer
County, Colorado. Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the 11
day of March , A. D. 19 40 at regular meeting hour.
Meeting called to order by Mayor.. C •N• Rockwell
Present: Mayor C.A. Rockwell Trustees: H.B. Boyd, R.C. Brodie,
G.E. Casey, S.M. Hurd and Glen H. Preston.
Absents Trustee C.B. Hall.
Minutes of the last regular meeting held on February 26, 1940
were read and approved as read.
Trustee Brodie moved and trustee Casey seconded the motion that
the following bills be allowed and paid and that the clerk be
instructed to draw warrants for same.

Upon roll call said motion was carried by the following vote;
Yes: trustees Boyd, Brodie, Casey, Hurd and Preston.
No: None
Trustee Preston moved and trustee Boyd seconded the motion that
the water committee, acting with the water suprintendent, be
instructed to proceed with surveys and any other action that it
deems necessary, in the forming of plans and data, in the matter
of improving and utilizing the recently obtained Glacier Creek
Water Decree.
Upon roll call said motion was carried by the following vote:
