Meeting called to order by ..................................... Present: Mayor C. N. Rockwell Trustees: Harry B. Boyd, Ronald C. Brodie, Garay E. Casey, Silas w. Hurd and C. Byron Hall. Clerk: Chas. F. Hix. Absent: Trustee Glen H. Preston. Minutes of a regular meeting held May 8, 1939, were read and approved ae read. Mr. Renner of the Alpine Enterprises, Inc., came before the meeting asking for a restaurant liquor license. ereupon Trustee Hall moved and Trustee Brodie seconded the motion that liquor license be granted to Alpine Enterprises,Inc., and that the yor and Clei:k be authorized to approve the State application of said concern. Upon roll call said motion was carried by the following vote: Yes: Trustees Boyd, Brodie, Casey, Hall and Hurd. No: none. Trustee Hurd introduced an amendment to Ordinance No. 17 which was read in full. Whereupon Trustee Casey moved and Trustee Hall seconded the motion that said Ordinance entitled AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4 OF ARTICLE 5 OF ORDINANCE 17 OF THE ORDINANCES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK, COLORADO be passed and adopted and published according to law, and that it be numbered eighty-five. Upon roll call said motion was carried by the following vote: Yes: Trustees Boyd, Brodie, Casey, Hall and Hurd. Not none. Whereupon the Mayor declared said motion carried and said Ordinance passed and adopted. Trustee Brodie moved and Trustee Boyd seconded the motion that a committee. be appointed to send a letter or telegram of congratulations to Mr. F. 0. Stanley on his ninetieth birthday, which will be June 1, 1939. Upon roll call said motion was carried by the following vote: Yee: Trustees Boyd, Brodie, Casey, Hall and Hurd. No: none. The committee appointed by the Mayor was Trustee Hall and Clerk Hix. A petition signed by F. 0. Stanley was presented to the Board and discussed; whereupon Trustee Hall introduced the fallowing resolutions "RESOLtJT 10N WHEREAS, the Town of Estes Park desires to change the course of that certain street lying and being along the Northerly boundary of Lots Ten (10) Eleven (11) and along the Southerly boundary of Lot Nine (9) of Little. Prospect Mountain Addition to the Town of Estes Park, Colorado: AND WHEREAS, F. 0. Stanley, the owner of all of the property abutting said street, has petitioned the Mayor and Board of Trustees to vacate said street. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK, COLORADO, that said street lying along the Southerly boundary of Lot Nine (9) and along the Northerly boundary of Lots Ten (10) and Eleven (11), Little Prospect Mountain Addition to the Town of Estes Park, Colorado, as shown by that certain plat of Little Prospect Mountain Addition to the Town of Estes Park, Colorado, filed for record on the fifth day of August, 1937, and recorded in Plat Book 5 at Page 29 of the records of Lorimer County, Colorado, be and the same is hereby vacated and the title to the lands formerly occupied by said street shall revert to the owner of said Lots Nine (9), Ten (10) and Eleven (11) of said Addition. „ Whereupon Truttee;.Boyd moved and Trustee Hurd seconded the motion that said Resolution be passed and adopted. Upon roll call said motion as carried by the following vote: Yes: Trustees Boyd, Brodie, Casey, Hurd and Hall. Not none. There being no further business to come before the meeting it was regularly moved, seconded and carried that meeting adjourn. Mayor 175 Colon of &Steu Pork, Larimer County, Colorado, ._ 19,, Minutes of a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park, Larimer County, Colorado. Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the day of. A. D. 19 __ at regular meeting hour. Meeting called to order by Mayor Present: Mayor Trustees: period of tir years. After this proposition was discussed Trustee Brodie moved and Trustee Casey seconded the motion that the Board go on record as favoring such a contract with the United States Reclamation Service along lihes as discussed. Upon roll call said motion was carried by the following vote: Yes: Trustees Boyd, Brodie, Casey, Hall, Hurd and Preston. No: none. Trustee Casey introduced the fallowing Ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE REGULATIN TRAILER CAMPS, PROVIDING FOR LICENSES THEREFOR, REGULATING THE USE AND PARKING OF HOUSE TRAILERS AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VOILATION THEREOF." ereupon said Ordinance was read in full. Trustee Hurd moved and Trustee Hall seconded the motion that said Ordinance be passed and ad- opted and published according to lam, and that it be numbered 84. IIpon roll call said motion was carried by the following vote: Yea: Trustees Boyd, Brodie, Casey, Hall, Hurd and Preston. Not none. Whereupon the Mayor declared said motion carried and said Ordinance adopted. There being no further business to come before the meeting it was regularly moved, seconded and carried that meeting adjourn.
