Minutes of a regular meeting held April 24, 1939, were read and approved as
read.

Trustee Brodie moved and Trustee Casey seconded the motion that the following
bills be allowed and paid and Clerk be ihstructed to draw warrants for Barnes

Upon roll call said motion was carried by the following vote: Yea;
Trustees Boyd, Brodie, Casey, Hall, Hurd and Preston. Nos none.
Mr. Bunger and Mr. Glen Walters of the United States Reclamation Service
came before the meeting to discuss with the Board a proposition whereby
the United States Government would build aSewage disposal plant on their
land at an approximate cost of $25,000, the plant to be turned over to the
Town und pp long time lease of the land. The Reclamation Service would.

equal installments without interest; the Town to operate the plant at its
own expense and the Reclamation Service to pay a reasonable sewage con-
nection for sewage service furnished to the buildings of the Reclamation
Service within the Town of Estes Pa0k, a contract to be drawn up for a

Brodie moved and Trustee Casey seconded the motion that the Board go
on record as favoring such a contract with the United States Reclamation
Service along lihes as discussed. Upon roll call said motion was oarried
by the following votes Yens Trustees Boyd, Brodie, Casey, Hall, Hurd
and Preston. No: none.
Trustee Casey introduced the fallowing Ordinance entitled
"AN ORDINANCE REGULATIN TRAILER CAMPS, PROVIDING FOR
LICENSES THEREFOR, REGULATING THE USE AND PARKING
OF HOUSE TRAILERS AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR
VOILATION THEREOF."
Whereupon said Ordinance wae read in full. Trustee Hurd moved and
Trustee Hall seconded the motion that said Ordinance be passed and ad-
opted and published according to law, and that it be numbered 84. Upon
roll call said motion was carried by the following votes Yeas Trustees
Boyd, Brodie, Casey, Hall, Hurd and Preston. Nos none.
ereupon the Mayor declared said motion carried and said Ordinance
adopted.
There being no further business to come before the meeting it was regularly
moved, seconded and carried that meeting adjourn.
