Meeting called to order by Mayor Present: Mayor Trustees Upon roll call saidmotion was oarried. by the following vote:, Yes, Trustees Boyd, Brodie, Casey", Hall, Hurd and Preston. Nay; none. Mr. Henry Landers came before the matting discussing the natter of the, Country Club Manor Addition being taken into the Town limits of Estes Park and also the natter of a. liquor licensed restaurant .License for Alpine restaurant building, situat-od in the Country Club Manor Addition. The matter was fully discussed whereup Trustte Hall moved and Trustee Preston seconded. the motion that this present Board approve a liquor licensed restaurant license to be issued to Henry Landers or his tenant s for the year 1938 for premises known as "Alpine Inn", located in. Country Club Manor Addition, provided said Country Club Manor Addition come within the Tower limits and provided that the applicant for said license be a fit and proper personto have such a license in the opinion of the Board. Upon. roll call. said motion was carried by the following votes Yes, Trustees Boyd, Brodie, Casey, Hall, Hurd end Preston. Nay, none. Trustee Casey moved and Trustee Hall seconded the motion that Verne H. Fenton be and is hereby appoibted Police Judge, of thie Town. and that the Clerk be instructed to accept hismath of office upon his furnishing a Surety Bond in the sum of $"1.,000 in favor of the Town of Estes Park. Upon roll call said motion was carried bj the following vote; Yes, Trustees Boyd, Brodie, Casey, Hall, Hurd and Preston. ad, none. Trustee Hall moved and Tru tee Brodie seconded the motion. that a two inch water main be installed across Lot 20, Little Prospect Kddition, as proposed by water Superintendent Lee H. Tallant. Upon roll call said motion. was carried by the following vote: Yes, Trustees, Boyd, Brodie, Casey, Hall, Hurd and Preston. Nay, none. Trustee Brodie moved and Trustee Boyd seconded the motion that a one inch water main be installed from the east end of main on Elkhorn Avenue tothe sewage disposal plant. Upon roll call said motion was carried by the following vote: Yes, Trustees Boyd, Brodie, Casey, Hall, Hurd, and Preston. Nay, none. Trustee Casey moved and Trustee Preston seconded the motion that Herbert A. Boller be hired as day policeman beginning May 20th, 1938 at a salary of $125.00 per month and that Town Clerk he authorized to notify. Mr. Boller of this action. Upon roll call said motion was carried by the following vote: Yee, Trusts e, Boyd, Brodie, Casey, Hall, Hurd and. Preston. Nay, none.
