Minutes of a regular meeting held February 28, 1938 were read and
approved as read.
Trustee Rivers moved and Trustee Hurd seconded the motion that the
following bills allowed and paid and Clerk be instructed to draw Warrants
for same:

Upon. roll call said motion was carried by the following vote.:
Aye, Trustees Boyd, Casey, Hurd, and Rivers. Nay, none.
Letters from George Dietz and Neva Dryden making application for
connectionsto the Town water system were read. The, matter was discussed
and thereupon Trustee Casey moved and Trustee Boyd seconded the motion,
that the Clerk be instructed to answer the letters of George Dietz and
Neva Dryden, in which they asked for water connections, giving them notice
of action which was taken by the Board of Trustees of the Town at a regular
meeting on. November 22, 1937, whereby from that date all applications for
tape to furnish water outside of the Town limits are to be refused. Upon
roll call said motion was carried by the following vote% Aye, Trustees
Boyd, Casey, Hurd and Rivers. Nay, none.

County, Colorado. Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the

Meeting called to order by Mayor
Present: Mayor Trustees:
an.d the shortage of present supply of water for the Town. Whereupon Trustee
Casey moved and Trust ee Hurd Fiecondedthe motion that Lee U. Tallant, Water
Superintendent, be authorized and. instructed to make application with the
United States Reclamation Service for not to exceed 500 acre feet of water
from the Gramd. Lake , Big Thompeon Diversion tunnel. Upon. rollcall sai.d
motion was carried by the following vote: Trustees Boyd, Cnody,Hure,, and
Rivers , Aye Nay, none.
There being. no further business to come before the meeting it was
regularly moved, seconded and carried that meeting adjourn,
