Trustee Hurd moved and Trustee Casey seconded the motion that the contract for liquid shlorine to be furnished the Town for the year 1939 as tendered by the Mine & Smelter Supply Company be accepted and that the Mayor and Clerk be instructed to sign same on beheld of the Town. Upon roll call said motion was carried by the following vote: Yes, Trustees Brodie, Casey, Hall, Hurd and Preston. No: none.
