D. 10,7._ at regular meeting hour. 8th Rock Meeting called to order by Mayor_..,..,.,.......�_.,N............... Present: Mayor C. N. Rockwell Trustees: Harry B. Boyd, G. E. Casey, S. M. Hurd, Glen H. Preston, and E. R. Rivers. Clerk, Chas. F. Hix. Absent, Trustee C. Byron Hall. Minutes of regular meeting held February 22nd, 1937 were read and approved as read. Trustee Rivers moved and Trustee Hurd seconded the motion that the following bills be allowed and paid and Clerk be instructed to draw warrants for same: g. W. Trustees: Rocky Mountain Motor Company, Freight & Express 14.04 Denver Oxygen Company, Oxygen 16.60 R. G. Scott, Labor 39.05 Estes Park Trail, Publishing 2.70 Raymond Hurt, DTagas 7.10 E. C. Gooch, Supplies 6.00 Upon roll call said motion was carried by the following vote; Yea, Trustees Boyd, Casey, Hurd, Preston and Rivers. Nay, none. Trustee Preston introduced an amendment to Ordinance No. 8, entitled, "An Ordinance Establishing Fire Limits and Concerning Fires and the Prevention Thereof Within Such Limits and Within the Town of Estes Park", which Ordinance No. 8 was passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park on the 10th day of September, 1917. The amendment was then read in full. '.ereupon, Trustee Rivers moved and Trustee Casey seconded the motion that said amendment to Ordinance No. 8 be end is hereby passed and adopted, and that same shall be published according to law. Upon roll call said motion was carried by the following vote: Yea, Trustees Boyd,'Casey, Hurd, Preston and Rivers. Nay, none. whereupon, the Mayor declared said amendment passed and adopted. Trustee Preston introduced an amendment to Ordinance No. 15, entitled, "An Ordinance in Relation to Building Construction and Building -Permits in -the Fire Limits of the Town of Estes Park", which Ordinance No. 15 was passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park on the 26th day of May, 1919. The amendment was then read in full. whereupon, Trustee Hurd moved end Trustee Boyd seconded the motion that said amendment to ordinance No. 15 be and is hereby passed and adopted, and that same shall be published according to law. Upon roll call said motion was carried by the following vote: Yea, Trustees Boyd, Casey, Hurd, Preston and Rivera. Nay, none. ereupon, the Mayor declared said amendment passed and adopted. Trustee Casey moved and Trustee Hurd seconded the motion that application for liquor license of T. C. Jelaema for a license to sell liquor by the drink at the Dark Horse Inn be approved. Upon roll call said motion ^^=n carried by the following vote: Yea, Trustees Boyd, Casey, Jurd, Preston and Rivers. Nay, none. There being no further business to oome before the Board it was regularly moved, seconded and carried that meeting adjourn. . Mayor
