Meeting called to order by Mayor C• N. Rockwell
Present: Mayor . G. N. Rockwell Trustees: G. Hu Casey, C. Byron Hall,
S. M. Hurd end Glen H. Preston. Clerk, Chas, F. Rix.
Absent, Trustees Harry B. Boyd.and E. R. Rivera.
Minutes of regular meeting held July 12th, 1937 were read and approved
as read.
Trustee Casey introduced the following amendment: " +,,-ndment to Ordinance
No. 62 entitled: An ordinance to create the office of dairy and milk inspector
and define his duties; provide for the licensing and control of producers, handlers
and distributors of milk and milk products; define milk and milk products and the
terms to be used in connection with production, handling and distribttinn of milk;
set standards of quality for milk end provide penalties for violation." whit
ordinance was passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes
Park, Colorado, on the 25th day of July, A.-D. 1932.", which amendment was
then read in full. Whereupon, Trustee Preston moved and Trustee Hall seconded
the motion that said amendment be passed and adopted and published according
to law: Upon roll well said motion wee carried by the following vote: Yea,
Trustees Casey, Hell, Hurd and Preston. Nay, none.
Trustee Ewa]. brought before the meeting a plat of Little Prospect Mountain
Addition to the Town of Estes Park, which pint was signed by Mr. F. 0. Stanley
owner of more than two-thirds of the property in plat of said addition. The
statement on said plat reading as follows:
"Plat of Little Prospect Mountain Addition to the Town of Estes Park,
Lorimer County, Colorado. Know all men by these presents: that the under-
aigned being the owners of more that two thirds of the following tract of land
to -wit: Beginning at the east # corner, Sec. 25, T. 5 N., R. 73 B. of the 6th
P.M., thence N 89 38' B. 1662.1 ft., thence N. 0° 16' W. 1466.7 ft., thence N.
66° 24' E. 737.06 ft., thence N. 0° 08' B. 243.0 ft., thence N. 83° 34' E. 401.5
ft., thence easterly along the are of curve to the right of 1959.9 ft. radius
a distance of 812.25 ft. the long chord subtended by acid ourwe being a course
S. 84°'44' E. a distance of 806.78 ft., thence. S. 83° 41' E. 396.0 ft., thence
S. 798'18' E. 2047.6 ft. thence S. 0° 24' W. 518 ft., thence S. 80° 46' E.
1537.6°'ft., thence S. 72° 54' B. 188.1 ft., thence S. 52° 50' B. 657.3 ft., thence
S. 77"10 E. 391.4 ft., thence S. 1° 24' B. 332.4 ft., thence N. 89° 11' W.
5202.9 ft. to the place of beginning; hereby sibdivide the 8-uure into lost with
streets and allays as shown on the plat attached hereto and make e part hereof
and designate the same as LITTLE PROSPECT MOUNTAIN ADDITION to the T0WN OF ESTES
PARE and hereby dedicate the street° and alleys as shown on said plat to the use
of the public."

Approved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes'Park thin 26th day of

It being Mr. Stanley's wish that the property contained in this plat be brought
within the limits of the Town of gates Park. Trustee Hurd moved and Trustee
Casey seconded the motion that the town limits be and are hereby changed to
include all the property contained in said plat of Little Prospect Mountain
Addition and be made a part of the Town of Estes Park. Upon roll call said
motion waa carried by the following vote: Yea, Trustees Hall, Hurd, Casey and
Preston. Nay, none.
The town engineer was instructed to file the plat with the County Clerk and
Recorder at Fort Collins and to have one dozen blue prints made of the plat.
There being no further business to come before the meeting it was regularly
moved, seconded and carried that meeting adjourn.
