Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the 14th day of June , A. D. 19 37 at regular meeting hour. Meeting called to order by Mayor G. N. Rockwell Pmsent: Mayor C. N. Rockwell Trustees: D. E. Casey, C. Byron Hall, Glen H..Praston and E. R. Rivers. Clerk, Chaa. F. Hix, Absent Trustees Harry B. Boyd and S. M. Hurd. Minutes of regular meeting held May 24th, 1937 re read and approved as reed. Trustee Casey moved and Trustee Hall seconded the motion that the following bills be allowed and paid and Clerk instructed to draw warrants for s e: Ed W. Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the day of , A. D. 19 at regular meeting hour. Meeting called to order by Mayor Present: Mayor Trustees: Upon roll call said motion us carriedby the following vote: Yea, Trustees Casey, Hall, Preston and Rivers, Nay, none. Trustee Rivers moved and Trustee Hall seconded the motion that the following appointments made by the Mayor be and are hereby approved: J. W. Welch, day marshal beginning May 31st, 1937, and Orville Heck, special marshal beginning June 12th, 1937. Upon roll call said motion s carried by the following vote: Yea, Trustees Casey, Hall, Freston and Rivers. Nay, none. Trustee Hall moved and Trustee Casey seconded the motion that the salaries of the police officers, beginning June 1st, 1937, shall be as foIlovt:" E. E. Holton, Night rabal, $130.00 per month • J. W. Welch, Day Marshal, $120.00 per month for the months of June, July, August and September, 1937. Upon roll call said motion was carried by the following vote: Yea, Trustees Casey, Hall, Preston and Rivers. Nay, none. Trustee Preston 'moved and Trustee Rivers seconded the motion that $75.00 be paid out of the General Government fund of the Town t6 the Estes Park Conference of Y. M. C. A. for band concerts to be given during the sumAer of 1937. Upon roll call said motion s carried by the following vote: Yea, Trustees Casey, Hall, Preston and Rivers. Nay, none. Trustee Casey introduced an ordinance entitled: "An Ordinance Concerning Livestock, Animals and Domestic Fowls and Providing Penalties for the Violation of the Porvisions Hereof." Whereupon, daid ordinance was read in full. Trustee Preston moved and Trustee Hell seconded the motion that said ordinance be passed and adopted and be numbered 77 and published according to law. Said motion was voted on as follov*: Yea, Trustees Casey,. Hall,.Preeton and”Rivers. Nay, none. Whereupon, the ilzyor declared said motion carried and said ordinance passed and adopted. . _There being-ne further business to eoe before the meeting it was regularly moved, seconded and carried that meeting adjourn.
