Minutes of a regular .meeting of The Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park, Larimer
County, Colorado.. Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the. 23rd
day of. November. , A. D. 19„..„„°-. at regular meeting hour.

Present Mayor C. N. R c . ell, Trustees, .C7,. -Byron Hall, F0'. M.. Hurd,
Glen H. Preston, and E- R. Iidvers.- Clerk, Chas.F. Hix. .
Absent: Trustees Harry 13 Boyd and G. Casey.

as read.
The Mayor stated that Jags. Poling hadtaken. up the matter of interest need
penaltiescharged him for sewer assessment in se-ir ddhtrict No:. 1 with Mr. lekee,
County Treasurer. Mr. Ickes' letter gave the figures between what Mr. Poling paid
and wfat the assessment would have been. with the imterest computedat the rate
of 6%, compeundebsemi- nnually plus the advertising end collection fees. Mr.
Ickes! latter aloe stated that there were only two cases of thia kindthe other
one being the property formerly owned by Frank Bond and. now d nod by the Estes
Park Rank. After the. discuasion. of thismatter it was. moved by Trustee Preston
and seconded by Trustee Hurd that the interest be refunded on the Poling. and. Bond
properties to the extent of the difference between 6% compounded semi-annaally
pins the advertising fee and the collection fee and the amount actually paid
-
Upon roll call said motion. was carried by the following vote: Yea, Trustees Hell,
Hurd, Preston and Rivera. Nay. none
Trustee Hell moved and Truatee Rivers seconded the motion that Clerk be
hereby instructed to approve the renewal of the following applications for liquor
licenses:
Brinkley Drug. Company
Estee Ferl Drug Store, Leo F. Tighe
McConnell's Pharmacy, Bert McConnell
Xstes Park Liquor Store, Albert Gibbons
Upon roll call said. motion. W43 carried by the following vote: Yea, Trustees Hall,
Hurd, Preston and Rivers. Nay, none.
The Meyer atated that he had. received several, complaints about one of the
towncitizens keeping cows and pigs withinthe town limitsand allowing them to
run at large. After some diacussion. the M yor instructed the Clerk to write Ted
Service a letter stating that unless these animals were properly taken care of
withina reasonabletime action would be token against him by. the town. Marshal.
There being no further business to come before the meeting it was regularly
moved,seconded an.dcarried that meeting adjourn.
