„meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park, Larimer

County, Colorado. Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the
Oct ober
day of , A. D. 1935 at regular meeting hour„
Meeting called to order by Mayor Pro Tern Clyde M. Low
Present: Mayor Pro Tem Clyde M. Low Trustees: C. Byron Hell, Clyde M. Low,
Glen H. Preston and C. N. Rockwell. Clerk, Chas. F. Hix. Absent, Mayor Frank C.
Bond. Trustees, T. G.Jelsema and E. R. Rivers.
Minutes of regular meetirg held September 23zd, were read and approved
as read.
Trustee Rockwell moved and Trustee Freston seconded the motion that the
following bills be allowed and paid and Clerk be instructed to draw warrants for
same:

Said motion was carried by the following vote: Yea, Trustees, Hall, Preston,
Rockwell and Mayor Pro Tem Low. Nay, none.
Trustee Hall moved and Trustee Rockwell seconded the motinn that the
Mayor Pro Tem, Low be and is hereby authorized to sign the Town Warrants es Mayor
Pro Tem in the absence of Mayor Frank C. Bond. Upon roll call said motion was
carried by the followinglate: Yea Trustees, Hall, Preston and Rockwell, Mayor
Fro Tem, Low. Nay, one.
Clerk reported that Mr. F. O. Stanley tendered a Deed to Mayor Bond conveying
the property on which the sewage disposal plant is situated, thereupon, Clerk was
instructed to write a letter to Mr. Stanley in behalf of the Town thanking him for
the gift of the land on which the sewage disposal plant is situated.
There being no further business to come before the meeting it as regularly
moved, secoa,da4rnd carri�d that meeting adjourn.
