Meeting held in the Town Hall in said Town of Estes Park on the day of March , A. D. 1934 at regular meeting hour. Meeting called to order by Mayor Frank C. Bond Present: Mayor Frank C. Bond Tmdees: Clyde M. Low, Glen H. Preston, E. R. Rivers and C. N. Rockwell; Clerk.Chas. F. Hix; Absent, Trusteee,C. Byron Hall,and T. C. Jelsema. Minutes of regular meeting held approved as read. February 12th, 1934 were read and Trustee Rockwell moved and Trustee Low eecrided the moticn that the following bills be allowed and paid and that Clerk be inetructed to draw warrants for same: W. S. Nay, none. Trustee Rockwell moved and Trustee Rivere seconded the motion that all street lights located outside of the Town limits which are now connected to the Town light system are to be immediately disconnected from the Town's light system and that hereafter no etreet lighte located outside of the Town limits shall be connected to the Town system unless permission is granted by the Board of Trustees. Upon roll call said motion was carried by the following vote: Yea, Trustees, Low, Freston, Rivers and Rockwell. Nay, none. A petition was presented, signed by 19 citizens of the Town, headed as follows: "We, the undersigned, taxpayers end residents of the Town respect- fully petition that the regular election for Mayor and six Trustees of the Town to be held this spring be passed by in the interest of economy. "We understand that the cost of holding such election is aFproximately two hundred dollars ($200.00) and that it is legal to pass such an election and thus save this amount of money': This petition was ordered filed. Trustee Rockwell moved and Trustee Rivers seconded the motion that meeting adjourn. Motion unanimously carried. ATTEST Clerk and Recorder Mayor.
